I buy some so called 5-2400 MHz 75 ohm TV splitters from eBay. I wanted to bypass the diodes that was obviously had to protect two receivers from burn out. So I opended it and it has only two 1N4007 diodes !!! It was measured and it has about 100-2400 MHz performance. It 'works' due to the low frequency diode (it is not even suitable for switching power supplies) capacitance !! The box has some pins to place a PCB.
