This is a small power divider usable from 10 Khz up to VHF. I use two ferrite beads from local flea market. The first adapts the impedance to the proper value to the second one that does the division. The first is a trifilar winding and the second is a bifiilar winding and a 100 ohm metal film resistor (non inductive).  It can be used for using one antenna with two receivers or for measurement. The two outputs are about 3 dB lower than input. The insertion loss is about 1 dB. The separation between outputs are about 14.5 dB  It can be used also as a  combiner. There is no noticeable difference in receiving applications with the simple one (without the impedance matching ferrite).
